I’m heading overseas for 6 or so months from early July and looking for the right person to stay in my apartment and look after my dog, Ned, while I’m away.

The place:
• 2-bedroom Fully furnished apartment (second room set up as a home office)
• Sunny balcony + lots of natural light
• Car space included
• Close to public transport (easy access to the city + Manly)
• Quiet, relaxed area

The details:
• $500/week (reduced from $625 — similar places ~$750)
• Approx. $90/month bills
• Available from early July for ~6 months (flexible for the right fit)

About Ned 🐶
He’s a very sweet, affectionate little dog who loves company and cuddles. He can be a bit anxious, so he needs someone calm, patient, and who is home a fair bit. In return, you get a very loyal little companion.

Ideal person:
• Responsible and respectful of the space
• Loves dogs (non-negotiable)
• Works from home or has a flexible schedule
• Looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to live rather than sharing

This would suit someone who wants their own space, a great location, and is happy to have a dog as part of the deal.
