The entrance is via a side street, your new place has the best of both worlds, being peaceful and tranquil, yet a quick drive, bus or bicycle ride to a number of beaches or the incredible choice of restaurants and bars that Manly has to offer.
Its a beautiful colonial style wooden building as the pictures show. The shared living space is stunning conservatory and outdoors there is a lovely BBQ area, cabana and fire pit.
Not a party house, but happy to have the occasional gathering.
Your bedroom is private, with air-conditioning and is fully furnished with a queen bed, walk in robe, tallboy, and bedside tables. It has its own toilet, bath and shower.
You will also have your own separate refrigerator and lots of pantry space in the living area for your convenience.
