Spacious, light-filled apartment with open-plan living and a relaxed coastal feel, positioned on the third floor with leafy district views.
The living area is generous and welcoming, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and a really nice outlook across Manly!
The home has a calm, easy-going feel and is best suited to someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy environment rather than a party house. It’s a place to unwind, recharge and genuinely feel at home.
One of my favourite things about the apartment is the balcony outlook - we get beautiful sunsets and regular bird visitors who seem to sit outside like they’re keeping watch over the building 😊 It gives the place a really lovely feel.
Location-wise it’s well connected, with bus stops right outside the property taking you into Manly in under 10 minutes, plus the 165X to North Sydney and B1 are around a 10-minute walk away.
Freshie village is a short walk away with cafes, restaurants, bars and the IGA, while Manly has Coles and everything else you need.
Both Freshie and Manly Beach are within a 5–10 minute walk if you value your beach time or surfing!

I'm Louise (Lou) !
I'm 42 and work in advertising and have been living in Sydney for the last 3 years.
I work hybrid (3 days in office) and have a good balance between work, friends, family and keeping active.
I enjoy yoga, Pilates which I do over the weekends plus coastal walks and sussing out the best place for a coffee and to have a chat.
I love getting out and about, cinema, comedy nights, road trips but I also really value downtime and a home that feels calm and easy to live in.
I'm pretty easy-going and respectful of shared space and happy to share a meal, occasional glass of wine or watch something together but also mindful and respectful of someone's independence and personal space.
I like keeping shared areas clean and comfortable without being overly rigid about it :)
Ideally another professional with their own routine who is comfortable sharing a space while also doing their own thing.
Someone with shared interests and hobbies would be great but not essential :)
