My home is a 2 bedroom apartment right in Canterbury. I am a new home owner and very proud of my first purchase (adulting) The whole house has timber flooring, two modern bathrooms (carpet in bedroom), and a beautiful kitchen and big balcony with gorgeous sunsets. You do not need to bring a single thing except yourself and your bedroom furniture!
The apartment is full of light, and is close to pretty much everything. 8km up the road is the CBD, the Cook River walk is 300m away, cafes and public transport at your doorstep.
I'm looking for ONE AMAZING flat mate for my place.

I share my life with two men- Sean Connery and George Clooney. Not the real guys, but my two ADORABLE miniature schnauzers. They are affectionate sooks who love cuddles. They are hypo allergenic and non- shedding so don't smell or create any fuss... they will break your heart though. Word of warning...
My place is modern, new and beautiful, and you would get to use the main bathroom, as I have an ensuite, but it would be used for when guests come over.
I'm looking for someone who loves little dogs and is not a party animal. Even preferably someone who works out of town or needs a place during the week.
