SMALL room (short term rent only), will also be available for 2 months available immediately until 10 June for single person at around $280 per week based on length of stay.
Small room only available for short term rental (single person only).

Great location, about 75m walk to beach. Short walk to Collaroy shops. Fully furnished place and room with queen bed, and tv cabinet. Bbq available as well. Surfboards, bodyboard, and kite surfing equipment available as well. Probably only place on the northern beaches with a retro arcade machine! Parking is on street, but I do have a little bit of storage space available in my garage if needed. I have had a queen size in there with plenty of extra space. Large built in wardrobe with lots of storage. We use our own personal hotspot for internet. Good surf spots all around, from longboarding to world class waves just down the road.

Long term tenants preferable, must be willing to stay for 3 months minimum, or longer. Ideally preference always given to at least 12 months +

Bills and expenses

Gas and electricity. Water is free. Internet is free. Bills are $10 to $15 a week based on usage they come in every 3 months, as a separate gas, and electricity bill. Bills are simply split between the 2 or 3 residents (if couple takes the room).
