Details
The bedroom is medium/large sized and can easily fit a queen bed as well as bedside tables/cupboard (as shown in the photo). The room is unfurnished (has one shelf which can be removed) and there are no communal walls with the other apartments. Fits a queen bed that has two side drawers and a tallboy cupboard. In the bathroom, you have your own section and built-in mirrored cupboard as the bathroom was designed for two and has a bath and shower. Plenty of cupboard and pantry space for clothes and boxes in the hallway and opposite the bathroom.

Home Description

Description of the home

Hi, I’m Donna and I have one room available to rent in Cremorne/Mosman! I have rented this residence for over 6yrs and the building is in an excellent location with some cool neighbours.
Please note the elevator is a good size and fitted everything in this unit.

About the place: Great 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Cremorne close to the Orpheum theatre, minkys and plenty of cafes. It has city views which run from Rushcutters bay through to the city and opera house! Large lounge room and Kitchen that overlooks the view and balcony.

This unit is a long term rental which is a bonus as moving places is hard work.

There are heaps of amenities surrounding the apartment block including an IGA, bottle shop, gym and an abundance of restaurants. The Oaks is only a 10 minute walk away and Balmoral beach is a 25 minute walk in the other direction (I’d suggest taking the bus, it only takes 10 mins!). It is also super easy to get around with the Cremorne junction bus stop nearby and only takes 10-15 minutes to Wynyard station. Also, the ferry bus stop is out the front and is a 5 minute bus ride to the Cremorne point ferry.

Car Space: If you do have a car there is also an undercover car space which is a little extra.

The apartment is a great size and is fully furnished except the room that is for rent. My room mate is moving and has lived here for over 3yrs. The unit is bright and south facing. The kitchen is a large space with plenty of cupboards and we recently have a new oven and white bedroom blinds. The bathroom also has two build in mirrors on either end so you have you own area above the bath area. You would be sharing the unit (not room) with one other person (me). There is also plenty of storage space throughout and your private room is located on the corner of the building/unit.

Available from Saturday 8th August 2020.

About occupants
Hi, I’m Donna, I'm 38yrs old. Enjoy socialising whether that is at the beach, bar or restaurant. Play netball and tennis weekly. Also, play trivia at the local pub.

Usually travel overseas yearly yet due to the C that has placed everything on hold.

Balmoral beach or Cremorne lookout is only 10min or a 15min jog away. Pretty central to pubs, food, booze, iga, buses to the city or Chatswood. The ferry bus stop pick up/drops you at the front door, no need for a car in this area :) Do not watch much TV and would rather be out enjoying Sydney yet I do like watching live comedy on Netflix. Another fun fact is I have lived in plenty of shared-houses (lived with over 10 people which was intense in my 20's for a few years in London).
Compatible people
Looking to live with someone who is friendly, happy, trustworthy and enjoys the occasional social. I would like the person to be a working professional, has lived in a share house before and be looking to move in for at least 6 months. It would be great if you could provide a reference and proof of employment. Unfortunately there are no pets or couples as the space is good for two. However, socials on the balcony with wine and cheese is always welcomed :)

If this sounds like it could be the right place for you, I’d love to hear from you!
