Description of the home

We have a large top-floor ensuite bedroom available from mid-June in our gorgeous and ideally located Darlinghurst (Kings Cross end) terrace.

Our lovely terrace houses 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a leafy urban oasis courtyard tucked away to the rear of the property. The house is occupied by myself and 2 others, who all work full-time in creative industries. This is a home, and a sanctuary not a share-house or party house, thus we take great pride in our home and everything is always clean, tidy, and clutter-free.

The house is fully furnished and designed through all common areas in detail, including all kitchen items, only your own bedroom + bathroom items would be required.

The loft bedroom is large, private, quiet, and includes an en-suite with a shower. Double large built-in wardrobes including attic space access under the window (which is used for storage).

We treat this house as our own and have a long history here, we are looking for someone like-minded to join the home. A very clean, tidy, respectful, friendly and professional individual who doesn't need to be reminded to clean up after themselves. Someone who enjoys some social time with other housemates. We love fellow creatives, we ourselves work in the areas of publicity/media and design/interiors.

As our schedules allow for it we'll occasionally do a movie, a beach jaunt, or some exercise, games, or some wines. It is difficult to catch everyone at home at the same time, however we are very social and love to wind down and have a chat.
As much as we enjoy dinners, a wine and a chat - this is not a party house.

We all pitch-in with the cleaning of the house, and of course after ourselves. We all are close and have achieved a great balance of being friendly and fully respectful, and hoping to find the right person to add to that.

Bills (Internet/Gas/Electricity/Water) are additionally paid monthly at a consistent rate, split evenly between all.
Rent per month = $2013 (paid monthly) ($465 per week)
Bond = $991.69
