The home has a big backyard and a pool, wooden floors and a nice sunroom/ lounge room. Decent sized kitchen.
The available room has a big sliding window for plenty of light, floor to ceiling built in wardrobe and a medium sized room. Currently there is a double bed and work desk in the room
A single bathroom with bath. Shared laundry and a second toilet are out in the backyard.
The house has a dog named Morphy, who you must be able to get along with.
Preferably looking for someone who does not work from home.

Valentina and Jack are current occupants of the house. Val working as a carer and Jack working in construction. We are looking for someone friendly who respects alone time/quiet time but is also up for some socialising. We have our own food and cook seperate most of the time with shared meals also welcomed. Not a party house, although friends and partners are welcome to visit. Expecting a clean person who tidies up after cooking and contributes to the general house cleaning of which we have a rotating roster. We are both easy to get along with and an important part of the house is communication with each other about things that bother us or might become an issue.
