House is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus an additional toilet in the laundry attached to the house) with front and back yards.

Sunroom looks across to the beach and can see water from window. Gets sun for a lot of the day on sunny days!
Keen for someone clean, easy going, independent, respectful and happy to chip in to keep the house and garden good nick.
Move in date could be flexible.

No couples, pets, smokers/vapers.
Friendly housemates. Not a party house and housemates do their socialising outside of the house to keep peace in the house ✌️
