House is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus an additional toilet in the laundry attached to the house) with front and back yards. 1 room with ensuite, own entrance and large built ins becoming available.
Off street parking.
Sunroom looks across to the beach and can see water from window. Gets sun for a lot of the day on sunny days!
Keen for someone clean, easy going, independent, respectful.
Move in date could be flexible.
