1 Room available in Eastwood Sharehouse!
The room is 237.5 (950 total) paid weekly. Move in is must be before the 31st July can organise for earlier move.
Minimum stay is 3 months. Although looking for someone long term 6- 12 months
A great house with a storage room and massive backyard with lots of sunlight.
Big room with inbuilt shelving. Room is large enough for queen bed and desk and other furniture. With lots of natural light.
Close by to Macquarie University either a 8 min drive or a quick commute via buses. House is a 15 minute walk from Eastwood station.
There is a car port at the backside of the house that is lockable too.
Roommates are in their early 20s.
You will be living with Bianca (they them). A full time uni student who work part time during the week and casually on weekends. Isabella (she her) works full time during the week. Atticus (he him they) looking to maybe continue studying currently works in the blue mountains but is looking for work closer to home.
Roommates must be LGBTIA+ friendly. Furniture welcome!
There is no wheelchair access into the house unfortunately as it is step at both the front and back access.
