My name is Jacob (He/Him) and I am currently on the hunt for a fantastic & fabulous new housemate! And that could be you! 🙌🏼

I am currently occupying a 2 Bedroom Apartment on Onslow Avenue, Elizabeth Bay - see photos attached.
The apartment is freshly painted and has new carpet, featuring harbour views from our private balcony and a beautiful community pool.
The room is the 3X3 room displayed in the floor plan provided. The room can fit a Queen or Double bed, clothing rail/wardrobe unit, night stand and some draws. The room comes unfurnished.

Bills and expenses

I have just signed a 12 month lease and I would look to have the new house mate enlisted on the lease, along side contributing to the bond (4 X Your weekly rent.)
We’d split all utilities 50/50 (power & internet)
Internet is $80 per month and Power is charged quartley and I ESTIMATE it will be around $200 per person, each quarter.

About the occupants
I have recently moved in to this fabulous apartment in Elizabaeth Bay, and have lived in the area for the past 3 years! I absolutley love it and hope to find someone who loves it just as much as me!
I work full time in the event industry (Monday - Friday) in Surry Hills & then WFH 1 - 2 days a week.
I spend my weekend by hanging out with friends, sometimes the occasional night of dancing - preferably Palms or The Imperial. I love hitting the beach and being outdoors but don’t get me wrong, I also love the occasional bed rot & movie weekend. During the week my evenings filled being busy as Captain of a mixed Netball team and avid Retrosweat member 🕺🏻 I love my doco series and on my spare nights at home youll find me in front of the TV, having a binge.

I am looking for someone who is clean & tidy, has strong communication skills & has lived in a shared space before. I am very much about recycling and the environment and would love to live with someone who has the same mindset. I love my alone time but I also love a Friday afternoon debrief over a cold bevy or spliff.
