About occupants
Corporate software professional, I work from home 3-4 days a week but I train 4-6 days a week either Muay Thai/BJJ, or occasionally a surf (should do more often honestly, I’m not good but I love it) - so quite busy during the week and appreciate my downtime on weekends. I have a tripod rescue cat but he stays in my room where he has his own catio, and I have 2 rescue dogs (an American Staffy and a Bull Arab), who are big smoochy goofy lovebugs.

Looking for someone with common interests/ lifestyle but also respectful of personal boundaries. It’d be nice to have the occasional dinner or chat when we both happen to be home but it’s not a requirement :)
Compatible people
Looking for flatmates that are clean and tidy, financially responsible and pay rent on time, drama free and have healthy, purposeful lifestyles. More than happy for flatmates to have friends over and host bbqs/dinners whenever they want - but this is not a “party house” (except on the odd occasion there’s something to celebrate of course!, I occasionally throw a party for a birthday ect, just not every weekend). Must like dogs is the primary requirement ;)
Description of pets
Grayson - small 6 year old indoor rescue cat with 3 legs. He’s quite timid but once he’s used to you has no qualms about demanding pets. Loves Merv.

Merv - large Bull Arab rescue, 8 years old and loves cheese and cuddles, will lean on you at any opportunity.

Deeno - 3.5 year old rescue Am Staff, is learning how to a good boy with new dogs but we have a professional trainer to help. Loves people and dogs he’s familiar with! Still working on being friends with the cat!

All 3 are rescued and not planned but somehow we work and I wouldn’t change it for anything! I have no expectations on my flatmate for their care, and I make a point of cleaning up after them in all ways and being mindful of their impact, but having someone that is comfortable with pets is required - that said, I’m always open to feedback from someone who has to live with them.
