Lovely freshly painted bedroom with stained glass windows, high classic moulded ceiling, wooden floors, a built in wardrobe and a verandah outside for your use. Perfect for a person with a cat as the cat can come and go freely through the window. My cat loves to sit on the verandah and watch over the garden and street. Can come unfurnished or with bed frame, mattress, cabinet and desk with chair as required.

About occupants
Felicity, the main leaseholder, is a very easy going mature professional - a teacher and lecturer in community services. She is calm, creative, down to earth and very open & friendly. Loves furry friends. Loves to travel and is generally out and about on weekends at festivals, markets etc.
Tony (50's) works most days in a restaurant. He likes to keep to himself but is a friendly person.
The household shares the cleaning and tidies up after themselves. We like a chat and support each other but do our own thing.
Compatible people
We're looking for someone who is friendly, open, yet respects each others privacy and give each other space. Perfect for someone wanting a calm home in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood that is family oriented. We clean up after ourselves in the kitchen, share housework and occasional mowing the lawn.

If you are single, mature, working and independent with a happy disposition, we would love to hear from you.
