This is a fantastic two-bedroom apartment located on the top floor of a well-maintained block on Upper Pitt Street in Kirribilli. The location is exceptionally convenient - just 600 metres to Milsons Point train station and 400 metres to the ferry wharf, making access to the CBD quick and easy.
I’m looking to rent out the master bedroom and have someone share the apartment with me. Given the location and the views, the rent is priced below market, offering excellent value for the area.
The apartment has one shared bathroom and is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, heater, fridge, and a well-appointed kitchen stocked with my own kitchenware. The kitchen features gas cooktops and an oven.
The lounge area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, lamps, TV, sofa, coffee tables, an office chair, and a desk with two monitors. Please note that the items currently pictured belong to my flatmate and will be replaced shortly with equivalent furnishings.
The apartment opens onto a balcony with sensational views, visible from both the lounge and kitchen. You’ll have uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House - a rare outlook at this price point and genuinely one of the best views in Sydney.
The unit is also just 500 metres from the newly refurbished North Sydney Olympic Pool and gym, which is due to reopen shortly.
Rent:
• $650 per week + bills (split equally), or
• $700 per week inclusive of bills.
There is a minimum 3-month stay, with the option to continue on an open-ended basis if things are working well for both of us.
Bond: $1,300 (equivalent to two weeks’ rent).
Street parking is available nearby, subject to local restrictions and time limits.

I’m a tidy, 32-year-old professional working in finance/tech. My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to share the place with.
I’m quiet, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and keeping a fairly balanced routine at home.
I’m ideally looking for a like-minded professional in a permanent, full-time role (no students or working holiday visas), who is already settled in Sydney and looking for a longer-term stay.
A friendly, considerate household is important to me, so I’m keen to live with someone who values cleanliness, open communication, and a good mix of social and quiet time. I’m also looking for a non-smoker and a drug-free home environment.
