I live in a harbour front sunny apartment overlooking Kurraba Point Reserve and harbour. It is a 3 minute walk to Kurraba Point ferry. It is close to Neutral Bay shops and walking distance to Cremorne Point, McCallum pool and Neutral Bay ferry Beach. Balmoral beach is close to this location. It is a quiet building with a lovely garden that goes down to the waterfront with views of the city sky scape, harbour bridge and North Sydney, high decorative ceilings, spacious, with large kitchen, internal laundry and good sized bedrooms.
