Hey possible housemate,

My housemate James, Connor the cavoodle and I are looking for a new person to join us in our 3 bedroom place in Lewisham (our current housemate is moving overseas).

The room is available July 6th.

The property is conveniently located, being walking distance from Lewisham train station, the light rail and close to bus routes into the city. The living areas are open plan and the house has recently been renovated to include air-conditioning, a modern kitchen and bathroom, an alfresco area and polished floors.

Must love dogs as Connor the cavoodle is basically the boss of the house. He is almost 1 and spends most of his time chilling on the couch, my bed, or seeking pats and love from anyone who is home.
