Beautiful ocean view apartment situated 8 minute walk from Little bay beach. You will feel like you are on holiday everyday!

Your room will be a large spacious fully furnished double room. It has a large built in wardrobe and bed side drawers. You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate.

The Bus stop is bang opposite the apartment on Anzac parade. It is a 5 min walk to locals shops, restaurants and cafes. 15 mins drive to Coogee nightlife and 40 mins into CBD.

We have Netflix, Disney+ , Amazon prime , Wifi, a gas bbq, microwave, nutri bullet, air conditioning, dishwasher, laundry room (washer and dryer) fridge and freezer, big balcony with seating that goes around edge of apartment with and the whole flat is fully furnished.

Bills and expenses

Ideally we are looking for someone who wants to stay for 6 months + and is working full time. The room is $310pw + bills and water which we split 3 ways. Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1240) We are easy going and up for a laugh but it’s not a party house!!
