My home is a very large spacious two story located in Little Bay. We are short 10 minute walk to beautiful Little Bay and La Perouse beaches, coastal National Park walking trails, cafes, restaurants, golf courses, shops and public transport to UNSW, Westfields and the city. Perfect beach location!
We are a friendly household who respects each others privacy but also likes to have a friendly chat.
The room is extra large with double floor to ceiling windows, queen bed, huge mirrored floor to ceiling built in wardrobe, side table, desk and a chair. The price is $400 per week and this includes bills (internet, electricity and water), there is also a two week bond.
The room is available to one non smoker, female person only. Students both international and local are welcome. The room is available now.
A one week bond would apply and a mutual 30 day notice period.
The room is furnished however I am happy to remove my furniture if you would prefer to bring yours.
