The flat is fully furnished (except for your bedroom), so you can move right in.
Little Bay is a peaceful and welcoming community – quiet, safe, and just far enough from the city to feel like a coastal escape, while still being super accessible. It’s a short walk to buses, local cafés, restaurants, and the supermarket, with the beach just down the road.
Bonus: You’ll be sharing with Billie, my very sweet 2.5-year-old Kelpie, who brings lots of cuddles and personality to the home.

I work full-time in a job I really enjoy and live a pretty balanced lifestyle. I’m often out and about on weekends – whether it’s heading out for a beach walk, catching up with friends, or sneaking away for a weekend of camping and recharging in nature. That said, I also really value my downtime at home with a good book, a glass of wine, and maybe some cheese and Netflix.
Little Bay is honestly one of my favourite places – it feels like a peaceful haven tucked just outside the hustle of the city. I’m active, well-travelled, and have spent time living overseas, and I love exploring new places when I can.
At home, I’m relaxed, clean, respectful and easy to get along with. I'm not a party person, but I’m always up for a chat, a shared meal, or a good movie night.
And then there’s Billie – my gorgeous 2.5-year-old Kelpie. She’s super sweet, friendly and well-behaved, though true to her Kelpie nature, she’s got energy and a bit to say! She loves people, cuddles, and playtime.
I’m really keen to find the right person and happy to take the time to make sure it’s a great fit for both of us. First and foremost—you must be a dog lover! Billie, my Kelpie, is very much part of the family, and it’s important to me that she’s loved and acknowledged as part of the home.
I’m looking for someone who’s mature, relaxed, and easygoing. Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys a balance of being out and about, but also appreciates chill time at home. I’m probably not the best match for someone who’s always home or stays hidden away in their room—I’d love to live with someone who wants to make the space feel like home.
I’m clean, tidy, and a bit house proud, so I’d really appreciate a flatmate who’s respectful of shared spaces and happy to either share the cleaning or chip in for a cleaner. Paying rent and bills on time is a given.
While I don’t expect you to look after Billie, it would be lovely to have someone who’s willing to give her a pat when they get home, maybe take her for the occasional walk, and wouldn’t mind helping out if I’m ever stuck late at work.
Billie is my 2-year-old Kelpie, and she’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s settled a lot since her cheeky puppy days, but she’s still a Kelpie at heart—full of energy, super smart, and always up for a bit of action.
She loves attention, is great with people, kids, and other dogs, and will definitely let you know when she wants something (especially a walk or a treat!). That said, she’s also very content to curl up for a nap once she’s had her playtime.
If you’re up for throwing a ball, she’ll consider you a lifelong friend. Billie is affectionate and loves a cuddle, but she also values her personal space—just like the rest of us.
She adds so much joy and character to the place and is very much part of the home.
