Awesome flat near the peaceful Little Bay beach. Great natural light in a renovated 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and modern open plan living area, with a giant balcony perfect any time of year. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms. Fully furnished except for the bedroom.
Little Bay is a great community. The neighbours are friendly. It's nice and quiet. I nice little refuge outside of the city but still close to everything.
Minutes walk to bus, supermarket and cafes/restuarants. Beach down the road. Super peaceful area with a really nice community feel. I have a super cute 13 month Kelpie puppy called Billie.

I'd say I spend an equal time of getting out and about, as well as chilling at home. I enjoy getting out if it's a nice day! If I can I like to get out of the city for some camping and grounding away from the hustle of city life.
I love living in Little Bay and feel it's a little of a haven within the city limits. I keep pretty active but I also love my down time with a good book, nice glass of wine and maybe some good cheese. Don't mind a good show to binge on now and then. I am pretty relaxed, and easy to get along with.
I'm well travelled and have lived overseas and try to get away and visit new places.
Billie is my 2 year old kelpie. She is very sweet and mild mannered, but she is also still a Kelpie and is high energy and likes to talk in that true kelpie style. She loves pats and a play.

I am really keen to find the right person, and will take the time to do so. You really need to be a dog lover! Am looking for someone who is mature, pretty chilled and relaxed. Im keen on someone who likes to get out as much as they like to chill at home, Im not really suited to someone who is always home or who hides out in their room. I guess someone who would like to make the place home.
Im a pretty clean and house proud person, so someone clean and tidy who respects the space. I prefer we share the cleaning, or perhaps both chip in for a cleaner. Paying the rent and bills on time is important.

Description of pets
Billie is two years old, she has settled from her a little crazy at times puppy year but she is still a Kelpie. She is really smart, super sweet and love a bit of attention. She will speak up when she wants something but I keep her active and she is usually happy to curl up and nap. She loves a pat and a cuddle, and if you're willing to throw a ball for her you will be her friend for life. She can be really affectionate, but loves her personal space as well. She’s great with other people, kids and other dogs.
