I have a lovely four month sublet going in a great Maroubra share house. It's a very cute apartment close to Mahon pool. Please note THIS IS A SUBLET, NOT ONGOING. My preference is to find someone who wishes to stay for the entire time.
Most important for us is finding a person who fits our vibe of a fun and happy home. Keen to continue our nice community vibe of sharing vego/vegan meals, good conversation, good communication and friendly hangs. It's a non-TV house though we have a projector & screen . LGBTIQ+ and diverse ability friendly though there are steps so probably wouldn't work for someone who uses a wheelchair.

Zac is big into volleyball and surfing and all things beach and is also quite a dab hand at baking delicious bread and pastries.
Sinead loves the outdoors, climbing, swimming and other naturery activity and is minutes away from finishing her PhD in urban design whilst also doing a post doc.
