The room is Queen Bed size, carpeted with cream painted walls and vertical blinds on the sliding doors. You have access to a private small balcony off these doors with views of Anzac Bridge and the harbour. You will have your own bathroom and shared use of another room (minus the wardrobe) if you wanted to set up a separate room for computer or TV etc. In addition, a designated undercover security car space is included and access to the gym, pool and sauna if desired.

Your new home is a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a secure block with park and harbour views from floor to ceiling windows/doors. There is a major balcony off the lounge dining and a second balcony leading off the bedrooms in addition to a large kitchen. It's in the heart of Milson's Point and a short walk to the cafe/restaurant scene, the weekend markets and 3 transport routes - ferry, bus and train. In addition it's a 2 minute walk to North Sydney Pool.

Your Bedroom currently has a Queen size bed which can be removed if you have your own furniture and built in drawers in the wardrobe. Overall, it's a light, airy and quiet environment with air-conditioning and central heating.

I respect other people and their privacy however am certainly up for a chat, drink, meal and movie from time to time. While the environ is relaxed and friendly, it's not a party house nor a smoking environ. So, if you're looking for party central you've probably come to the wrong place. As much as I love animals the home is a pet free zone. Looking for a longer-term flat mate.
