A bright, airy room is becoming available in my 2-bedroom apartment in Randwick from 21 June.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever suits. The apartment has plenty of natural light, a sunny balcony, ceiling fans throughout, a dedicated work-from-home space and off-street parking.

You’ll be sharing with me – an Irish professional in my 30s who’s been living in Randwick for a few years now. I’m sociable, easy-going and enjoy a good balance of work, fitness, catching up with friends and relaxing at home.

The vibe at home is friendly and relaxed. It’s not a party house, but I’m always up for a chat, a coffee, a pint at the local!
