A bright, airy room is becoming available in my 2-bedroom apartment in Randwick from 21 June.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever suits. The apartment has plenty of natural light, a sunny balcony, ceiling fans throughout, a dedicated work-from-home space and off-street parking.
You’ll be sharing with me – an Irish professional in my 30s who’s been living in Randwick for a few years now. I’m sociable, easy-going and enjoy a good balance of work, fitness, catching up with friends and relaxing at home.
The vibe at home is friendly and relaxed. It’s not a party house, but I’m always up for a chat, a coffee, a pint at the local!

I’m pretty laid-back and enjoy a relaxed, tidy home environment. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me getting out for a walk, exploring Sydney, or making the most of the fresh air on weekends.
I enjoy a good chat, the occasional glass of wine, or a pint at the local, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. Ideally, I’d love to share with someone similar – friendly, considerate, and easy to get along with, who enjoys having a comfortable home to come back to.
