Room available in 4 bedroom Redfern Terrace house, $350 per week including bills. Sorry no couples or pets (we already have 2 kitty cats).

Welcome to our Terrace House in the heart of Redfern!

We are currently looking for someone to take over one of the rooms as our lovely house mate Zahin’s lease is up and she’s just moved in with her partner.

The room is available now! We are searching for someone who is tidy and wants to make the house a home.

The room has high ceilings, is large enough for a queen bed, a desk and has plenty of built in storage.

About us; we are 3 people ranging from 27 to 30 with two cats Cookie and Salem. We are looking for someone equally minded to join us. We all work/study during the day but love to get together when we can and enjoy a wine and a chat.

We have a large living room and an amazing open kitchen that leads on to a courtyard/back garden. The bathroom is on the second floor and has a large rain shower with a separate toilet in an adjacent room. The laundry is just past the garden and features an additional toilet as well.

The location is close to everything you need: Woolworths is less than 100m from the house and Redfern St (amazing cafes, bars and restaurants) is around the corner. Both Central and Redfern stations are a 10-15 minute walk, we are super close to Surry Hills and the CBD is just a 30 minute walk away.

The room is $350 including all Bills per week and the bond is $700 (2 weeks rent). We are looking for people wanting to stay long term.
