LOCATION: Very close to 2 main train hubs: Central and Redfern stations (5 min walk) Waterloo metro (10min walk).
Prince Alfred Park (3 min walk) next door with pool, tennis courts, etc. Redfern St up 100 meters and plenty of food and bar options. Chippendale, Surry Hills, Spice Alley, Broadway shops also very close.
THE FLAT:
Our place has its own private rooftop for those perfect summer days or cool winter days. Plenty of space for basically anything. Definitely the selling point of the place. Get sun all year around without having to go to the beach all the time!
All the shared spaces are furnished: living area and 3rd bedroom that is currently being used as a home office and extra storage room. The 3rd bedroom/office currently has two work desks and a sun lounge/sofa. Perfect if you work from home. Additional storage can be used to store clothes, shoes, suitcases, etc.
YOUR ROOM:
Furnished! Full bed, nightstand, low boy for storage, hanger mount for clothes. Light filled room, with clean walls and floors. (No mould).Additional storage in 3rd bedroom.
Downstairs bathroom is “shared” but I use my en-suite bathroom 99% of the time, so basically your own bathroom, with the exception of laundry (washer and dryer) are in that bathroom.

Hey! I’m Carlos, 31 yr old working professional in tech, pretty structured during the week but also social and enjoy a good balance of staying active, downtime, and the occasional night out or hosting friends.
I live with my dog Zuko, who’s a big part of the household. He’s a husky x border collie mix so he’s super smart, high-energy at the park (borderline athlete), but surprisingly chill at home. He’s not overly needy, but he will try to rope you into a game or drop a toy at your feet if he likes you.
