Hi I'm Scott the owner of this apartment. My ex and I bought the apartment in 2015 and fully renovated in 2017.
I am currently single and work from home 1 day per week. My ex partner is moving out and I love living with other people plus it helps with a mortgage (especially after this weeks rates increase.) I am pretty easy going and very social. My ex is moving out in June.

A good flatmate is someone who is pretty chilled and considerate. Someone who like to keep a tidy home like its their own.
Very happy for flatmates to have friends visit for dinners or just hangout. Also happy for friends to stay occasionally and we have a great lounge for guests to sleep on.
