Hi Everyone 👋🏽

We are on the hunt for another flatmate in our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Redfern.

The apartment is only an 8 minute walk from the station and 3 minutes from Woolworths, bars, cafes and some fast food joints too!

The room on offer is available as of Monday the 8th of June. And it is Unfurnished. The size of the room is 3x 4.5 meters. It fits a queens size bed plus a wardrobe and a decent sixe desk with room to spare.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook.

There's a TV in the lounge.

There's a washing machine for your laundry.

There is a backyard & a balcony to enjoy the Summer.

Roomie requirements: Pay the rent and bills on time. Help keep the house clean and tidy and the one biggy is don't bring the party home. This is home to us and that is how we like it. We are also looking for someone who is working fulltime. NO backpackers or students please.

There is also a cat called Fries. She doesn't like people so she won't bother you.

The bills: power and internet (paid as they come)
Rent is $322 weekly (paid fortnightly)
Bond is $1000 (non-negotiable)
