Fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in a well-maintained and secure building with excellent communal facilities.
The property features a spacious communal courtyard with BBQ facilities, as well as access to an indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, and a small gym.
Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, providing added privacy and separation from the living areas. The main communal bathroom includes both a separate shower and bathtub.
As my bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, the main bathroom will effectively be your private bathroom most of the time. I would only ask that it be made available occasionally for guests when needed.
This apartment comes fully furnished and is ready to move in.

I like to keep healthy and active, and I normally go to the gym most evenings after work. On office days, I’m usually home after 6:30pm or later.
On weekends, I enjoy catching up with friends, socialising, and playing sports or doing other outdoor activities, but from time to time I also enjoy a chilled day indoors reading or watching Netflix.
