Looking for a female housemate to share a newly renovated apartment in Rockdale.

The apartment is currently being renovated and already has brand new floorboards and appliances installed throughout. Furniture is due to arrive shortly, with the apartment expected to be fully furnished by mid to late June.

Your bedroom will be ready by mid June, so I'm looking for someone who would like to secure the room and move in soon after.
