🚶‍♂️ 6–7 min walk to the train station (about 9 mins with traffic lights 😄)
🛒 2 min walk to Rockdale Plaza (Woolworths, Big W, Aldi, Chemist Warehouse, etc. its basically right behind us)
🚆 15–20 min train ride to the City depending on time of day
🍔 Plenty of fast food options nearby for lazy days or nights
🌊 Brighton-Le-Sands Beach only 5 min by bus or 10–15 min jog for a quick dip or run

🏡 The Unit

Partly freshly renovated – still adding bits and pieces but all essentials are already there (more coming soon!)
New installed air-conditioning unit
Fast, reliable internet (a must for me as a gamer 🎮)
Streaming ready: Netflix, Disney+, Stan, Prime Video, Crunchyroll for binge sessions

🍳 Kitchen & Living

Well-equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop and air fryer.
Brand new fridge, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, knife set, utensils, etc.
Laundry has both washing machine and a dryer that is used sparingly and only for rainy days

🛏️ Rooms Available

Both rooms are available – you can pick, I’ll take the other
Flexible setup: furnished or unfurnished (happy to sort a bed, desk, chair if needed)
Room 1: built-in wardrobe with full mirror (one wall)
Room 2: bigger room and much bigger wardrobe (almost double the size), no mirror and a bit old-school
