Master room w/ balcony in terrace house, literally a minute from St Peter’s station and the south end of king st. There is a study downstairs which can be yours to use as well (it's the pic of room with fireplace - I have a desk in there but can get rid of, so 2 rooms available for use, price dependant on whether you are wanting just the master or the study also. However, I am storing some things in the study as my upstairs room is very small). Flatmate moving out is taking tv and fridge so would be a bonus if you have! Sorry for bad pics rushing this profile but nice house! 3 months minimum. I am on a periodic lease but intend to stay put.
