Please note there is no shared kitchen or common lounge here, and cooktops are not permitted in the rooms; cooking is limited to a rice cooker or slow cooker. There are two shared bathrooms, a coin laundry on site, and a professional cleaner services the common areas weekly.
The accommodation fee covers all bills and unlimited Wi-Fi. Kris and the team look after maintenance and any questions. Aldi and Coles are a three minute walk, and Central Station is about twelve minutes on foot.
