Jeff: mid 40s, owner of the property, lives in his mancave out back (not in the house), retired corporate fellow who spends his day time playing golf and footy.
Francesco: 23, Italian, hairdresser at Bondi Junction and business student. Lives upstairs.
Vikky: 29, German, she is on a WHV working in sales. Lives upstairs.
Everyone is very tidy and easygoing. We cook our own meals mostly but some times cook together for birthdays and Christmas.
