117sqm 3 bedroom apartment on William St 3 blocks from George st tram line in the CBD. Consists of a large kitchen, balconies in the lounge and your own private enclosed balcony in your bedroom, you will have your own bathroom a king bed and large wardrobe. We have an internal laundry room with a washer dryer combo machine plus another dryer. It’s a nice large place very close to everything. No parking in the building but there are vacant spots you may be able to rent or you can get a local parking sticker. I have just moved in so I’m still settling in and doing small improvements but nothing that will detract from the pleasure of living here. I am located right in the heart of everything but the building has been designed for noise so when the doubled glazed doors are shut it is very quiet you wouldn’t know you are in the city 🥰
Back balcony has lounges and a BBQ front balconies are enclosed We also have an epic rooftop pool and a sauna
