About the occupants
Hi there, my name is Winston and I am a 37 year old male.

My family and i have recently relocated to Thirroul from sydney and have spent the last 2 years renovating a big, beautiful house!

The property has been split up into 3 self contained living areas.

Mum, who is a writer and a master cook lives at the back of the property in a beautiful cabin/writing studio.

Dad, who is also a writer and ex advertising exec from the Mad Men era, lives down stairs in his own self contained level.

I live downstairs aswell just off dads area in the garage/art studio. I am a designer and artist and run my own business.

We are all very independant but come together regularly for some great meals in the outside entertaining area.

We are looking for some interesting people to join our family compound who can bring further possitive and or creative energy to the house :)

You will be living in the upstairs area of the house which is fully self contained with the exception of the laundry which is down stairs.

The upstairs area is lockable and has its own private veranda which looks out over the front of the property.

There are two rooms available so the whoever takes the first room can help me pick the second roommate whom with you will be living.

The upstairs is furnished already. With dining table, fridge, walk in pantry, big living room with leather couches, bookshelves etc. the rooms however are empty but a bed can be made available.

The ideal housemate will be someone who basically travels light and only needs to furnish a bedroom. I'm not interested in emptying out the furniture upstairs as it has all been styled and there is no where to store if removed. Obviously there is spaces to add your own nic nacs or artworks but there is no additional space for furniture :)

We have no problem with respecting your privacy when needed but encourage you to become part of the collective :)
Compatible people
Social, kind, respectful, love food and open to creativity, love a laugh and a chat and dont bring negative energy or drama to the house.

Not really interested in couples but happy if you have partners who are equally social and respectful and dont stay over every night!!

Probably would suit singles more though. We often have big lunches so would be a great way for recently relocted housmeates to meet like minded people.
