2 x Bedrooms available for rent in 3 Bedroom Townhouse, located in chilled Woonona! 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and Woolworths, ample street parking, two story townhouse in a complex on a street with bus stop right outside! Easy highway access to the Gong, or Sydney. 5 minute walk to central Woonona. Lovely quite area, and peaceful atmosphere.
My last housemate moved to Adelaide so I am looking for some lovely chilled people to move in!
I have lived here for almost three years. Hoping you are chilled out, considerate and tidy. No couples, please. I would prefer people closer to my age bracket (mid 30's to 40's) but I am open to a housemate of any age as long as you are mature and prefer a chilled out home life.
Shared open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry (excluding dryer) One room has a double bed, which you are welcome to use, or I can remove. You will be sharing a large bathroom with each other (pictured).
