Hi folks, I'm looking for adult housemates to share my gorgeous new place in Rosslyn Park, Adelaide with. It's a cool 50s house with immaculate 70s interiors.

There's a coffee shop, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, pizza place, and chicken shop within 10 minutes walk, the main rooms get amazing northern exposure light and sunset, there's a Billiard Room and Bar, a huge backyard, off street parking, fruit trees, and a big shed.

15 minute bike ride to town.

The room on offer is 3.5x3m, has built in wardrobes, and a lovely backyard view.

$150 p/w + bills + bond

I'm looking for creative yet functional folks who enjoy a shoeless household and occasional garden parties, take pride in their living space, and know how to cohabitate well with other people.

I'm an arts industry professional, and make theatre, music, festivals, nightclubs, film, and circus, so I'm fun and extroverted, but very down to earth and chill, especially at home.

It's an LGBTQ+ friendly household, so please don't apply if that's an issue for you.

Sadly we can't have pets on this property.
