Clean, neat, organised townhouse in Woonona. Two health professionals currently sharing the space. One is a shift worker, the other mon-fri. Common space remains high standard of neatness as much as possible. We have a cat. Clean your own mess as you go. It is an easy space to keep clean with three people chipping in to clean common space and toilets and shower.
Downstairs there is a double garage, lounge room with dining and kitchen. Also downstairs is the laundry with toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bath.
