Description of the home
It is a beautiful unit with a big balcony directly across the road from Ettalong Ferry and a 1 minute walk to the cinema, restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop directly across the road which will take you directly to Woy Woy train station or walk across the road and catch the ferry to Palm Beach.
Currently there are two of us living in the unit one works locally full time and the other works part time and is also a student at university in Sydney and is rarely home. We are both clean, tidy and easy to get along with and just looking for same to share with us.

Hi my name is Jo I am 50 (but am young at heart and very out going) and I share a unit with my 18 year old daughter. We are both very busy people and are rarely home. I work full time locally and volunteer on my weekends in Sydney and my daughter is working and studying at a university in Sydney so again is rarely there. We are both easy to get along with and very happy go lucky kind of people. We don't have huge parties etc as we are often not home but out enjoying our own interests.
