Description of the home

We have a 4 bedroom house with 2 living areas (1 we have turned into a study). We have a nice big backyard with a deck where we do enjoy the occasional BBQ and drinks.
There are 3 of us, a couple and another girl and we are looking for someone to rent 1 of the 2 spare bedrooms (1 will remain the spare bedroom).
There is a big main bathroom which be shared with only one other.
We have an adorable kelpie (outside only) who is a working dog and travels frequently to and from the farm. He is very friendly and very well mannered (one of a kind).
We enjoy having a feast occasionally and then other nights doing our own thing. We have a great dynamic in the house and are looking for the right person to join us.

Description of pets
Neville (the name grows on you), kelpie, he's a working dog that is well trained and has the best personality. He's a great exercise companion as he has more energy than you can imagine and is great at running with you. He's also enjoys playing fetch and tug of war with his rope
