Description of the home
Quiet leafy street in Norwood, the location is perfect - you can walk to the city or the parade☺. Built in robe, great aircon, lease goes till end of Jan next year but we'll probably renew. Good housemates, were sociable and easy to get along with. the landlord is great too, very approachable and always fixes stuff quickly if there's any maintenance issues.
We're happy with a male or female housemate, just as long as you're friendly, tidy and happy to contribute to housework :)

Bills and expenses
The rent is $150 plus bills, water is covered by the landlord so it's just gas, electricity and internet. We receive the bills each quarter and divide it equally between the housemates. It usually works out to $20-$25 per week per person.
