How to activate or extend your profile
To activate your profile:
- Desktop website - Open your Profile page and select the "Activate profile" button at the top of the page.
- Mobile website - Open your Profile page, then open the "Actions" menu at the top of the page and select the "Activate profile" option.
To extend the service period of an active profile:
- Desktop website - Open your Profile page and select the "Extend service" button at the top of the page.
- Mobile website - Open your Profile page, then open the "Actions" menu at the top of the page and select the "Extend service" option.
