How to delete your profile or account
To delete your profile:
- Desktop website - Open your Profile page, then select the 3-dots menu button at the top of that page and select the "Delete profile" option.
- Mobile website - Open your Profile page, then open the "Actions" menu at the top of that page and select the "Delete profile" option.
What gets deleted: All your messages, profile information, photos, name and contact details are permanently deleted from our records and cannot be restored. If you accidentally delete a profile after making a payment, we will still have a record of your payment.
