It's a bright and sunny home with wall to wall carpet, & internal laundry, which you will have access. New Kitchen and bathroom. Have both front yard and backyard. Can rent out one bedroom or two at the same time. If one bedroom the price will be $200 instead of $260.
Close to all public transport. Less than 5 mins' walk to the Ettalong beach 10 mins to Umina Beach. Less than 7 mins drive from Woy Woy station. 2 mins to a corner shop and 7-10 mins to shops/centres. You can also catch ferry there too to nearby suburbs or to the Palm Beach.

Bills and expenses
The rent is $260 p/w (including water) with a bond of $1000 and 2 weeks rent in advance. Students rate is $250 per week and $800 bond. On or off -street parking. A separate telephone line is available for you to connect (on your own) if you wish. If you don't want to connect on your own we can share the telephone &/or internet bill. I have an unlimited connection. Would be only $50 each per month for the unlimited telephone (except international calls) & broadband bills.
