Lovely and neat home in a beautiful lush environment. 4 mins drive to North Avoca beach, and 5 mins drive to Terrigal.
The house is on two levels. Your bedroom and bathroom are downstairs with a separate living room and terrace.
The bathroom is private however when I have guests over (the guest bedroom is also downstairs) then the bathroom is shared.
Downstairs living room and terrace is also for common use however I hardly ever use them as I also have the same on the upper level.
