Unit is on a quiet street and walking distance to train station, Westfield Carousel, local swimming pool, gym and library. Easy access to Curtin Uni (4km) and Perth city (9km) by public transport and short drive to Perth Airport.

Bills and expenses

Bills payable include water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and monitored alarm which is $10 per week ($170 per week all included or $240 for couples).

I expect we will do our own thing food wise but happy to share a meal on a regular basis and I'm pretty easy going when it comes to using household items so long as you look after them and replace consumables as they get used up.

Hi there! I'm Michelle. 25 female working full time. I grew up in Melbourne, graduated in 2015 as a chemical engineer as moved to Perth for work. I love to dance, shop and am always keen to check out good bars and cafes. Not so into the club scene and rarely stay out that late but I do like to keep myself busy and am usually out visiting family on the weekends. I'm generally very easy going and will give you plenty of personal space although I do enjoy socializing.

No children, pets or partner. I don't smoke and am into fitness so long as it doesn't involve restricting what I eat - I eat just about everything and certainly love my desserts!

I'm looking for someone who is easy going and respectful. It would be great to have someone to hang out with as I'd like to at least get to know whom I living with. I'm by no means a clean freak and don't expect you to be either but I do think it's polite to help keep the common areas clean. I'd like to know if you're having visitors at the house but otherwise don't mind if you're doing your own thing.
