Description of the home

The apartment building itself has a gym covering basic cardio and simple workout routine.

The unit has a complete package which had just been occupied in mid 2018 for the first time so most of the furnishings are new. You will be sharing with the owner of the unit.

Entertainment:
There is a super high definition TV screen with Netflix or Stan (the owner did not charge me a cent). You can also plug in your USB drive if you want to watch your downloaded movie in this amazing TV. It also has a new soundbar which gives you out-of-this-world surround sounds experience watching your fave action or horror movies.

Kitchen:
A big new fridge, electric stove, new oven, Nespresso coffee machine (you might only need to buy the ingredients), toaster, wide array of cooking utensils and homewares.

Laundry:
New washing machine, dryer to use when outside is raining or in impossible condition to dry your clothes on the hanger.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is located outside the bedroom, you will use it only to yourself mostly, and guests sometimes.

Bedroom:
The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, a study desk and a wardrobe. The room has ample space for you to put other stuff.

You need to help to clean the kitchen and living room at least once every two/three weeks with the cleaning tools supplied.

You need to be responsible of all equipment you use and to keep your own bedroom and bathroom at good clean condition, in which you can borrow the vaccuum cleaner to clean. It will be part of the contract agreement between you and the owner.

Your only flatmate will be the owner of the unit. He is quite laid back who does not mind enjoying any movie together, or sharing a take out.

About the occupants
You will be living with Chris, the owner of the flat with south east Asian background who have been living in Perth for 13 years (i think). Full-time office worker, who is kind, clean and respectful to the tenant. Does not mind a company for binge-watching, drinks for one or two in the evening or anything really, except too much noise level above 10.30pm during weekdays as people need to sleep for work on the next day. He rarely (or sometimes) invites friends to the flat so you can expect a quieter environment, and he usually goes out with friends or exercising.
