Close to the beach, supermarket, 10 mins from freo. This home is a beautiful 1910 Edwardian home that has some rustic and modern elements. New kitchen, two living spaces, one with a wood fire heater, one opens up with bifold doors to the garden. Stunning bathroom, stone walls, free standing bath, lovely leafy outlook. The home has a dishwasher, and washing machine.
There are two timber garden sheds full of character. One is a storage and tools space which would make a great little writer's nook, the other has been converted into a second private shower and toilet. 7km from the beach and close to the local shipwreck. There's parking for two cars.
These photos are of the current occupier. I will furnish the home with more contemporary furniture.
I prefer someone without any furniture, but there's a queen size bedframe and wardrobe in one room if you wish to use them, otherwise they can be removed.

I also have a beautiful 9 year old Greyhound called Frankie, who's the sweetest canine pal. I work in the arts M-TH, and have a few creative projects on the go including building an off-grid home in the country. Generally very chill and in a good mood.
I'm currently a South Fremantle resident but my home has recently been sold, hence the move. I work in Freo.
