Huge, comfortable bedroom available in a great Tuart Hill location. The room has a massive built-in wardrobe, queen-sized bed, air conditioning and your own parking bay right outside the front door. Complete with a new, Queen sized bed.

The house is fully furnished and includes a spacious kitchen, open-plan dining area, courtyard and a large theatre room – plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Fantastic central location in Tuart Hill. Close to the city, only minutes from the freeway and still a short drive to the beach.

You’ll be living with two friendly, easy-going housemates who both work full-time. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, tidy and drama-free. This is a relaxed home, not a party house.

Rent is $300 per week.
Utilities (electricity, gas, water and internet) are split between us.
