Location 📍 – Tuart Hill
The house is located in Tuart Hill, just a short drive from Perth CBD. There are cafés, local shops, supermarkets and parks nearby, as well as good public transport connections. It’s a great location if you want to enjoy a quieter residential area while still being close to everything you need. Scarborough Beach and other beautiful beaches are also within a short driving distance. ☀️🌊
House is a double story house. You will share the upstairs area with Amanda who is fifo. We also have a spare room

Bills and expenses
Bills are not included in the rent. We divide by 3 on everything that comes in. We require a bond of 2weeks. We have the house for another year, so we prefer someone longterm, however we are open for short term stays as well.

You’ll share the bathroom with Amanda, who works FIFO (2/1), so most of the time, you’ll have the whole upstairs floor and bathroom to yourself. I am studying & working part- time, so I am not much home during the day.
We’ve been living together for two years and are both very quiet. We enjoy going to the beach etc.
