Top floor of a 3 level building (including garage), Inside stairs, 5 Unit block. Close proximity to Woolies and Coles. Beach and main street with local cafes are a 10-15min walk.
Large lounge room with open windows.
Great sea breezes
There is no separate room for an office but there is an open "dining" area that currently has a table that can be used.
I don't have a tv as I stream all my viewing.
For privacy the photos posted are old photos so the interior belongings are different however the layout is the same eg: the outside area doesn't have those chairs anymore. If we click and i feel you are a right fit i will send photos or you can view the place in person.
